To explore the effect of continuous nutrition management intervention based on mobile medical APP on the nutritional status and development of premature infants.
Eighty premature infants treated in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and research group. The control group received routine nursing, and the research group received continuous nutrition management intervention based on mobile medical APP. The Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment (NBNA) score, pain score, height, weight, head circumference, intellectual development score, serum Prealbumin (PA), retinol-binding protein (RBP), and disease occurrence were elucidated.
First of all, the NBNA scores of the two groups were compared. The behavioral ability, passive muscle tension, active muscle tension, original reflex, and general evaluation scores of the research group were significantly higher when compared to the control. Secondly, we compared the pain scores of the two groups, there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing ( > 0.05), but the pain scores of the research group were lower compared to the control group during the period of blood collection, recovery, discharge, and 6 months after discharge ( < 0.05). Compared with the growth and development indexes of the two groups, there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing ( > 0.05). After nursing, the GDS score of the two groups increased, and the GDS score of the research group was higher than that of the control group. The difference of data was statistically significant ( < 0.05). Compared with the motor scores of the two groups, there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing ( > 0.05). After nursing, the motor scores of the two groups increased, and the scores of PDMS-2 and TIMP in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum PA and RBP before nursing, but the serum PA and RBP in the two groups increased after nursing, and the PA and RBP in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05). Finally, we compared the incidence of diseases between the two groups. Before nursing, the incidence of infection, retinopathy, chronic lung injury and anemia in the research group was lower, when compared to the control, and the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05).
The intervention strategy of continuous nutrition management based on mobile medical APP for premature infants can significantly strengthen their nutritional status after discharge, promote their growth and development, improve their nutritional status, reduce the incidence of diseases in premature infants, and then enhance their quality of life.
探讨基于移动医疗 APP 的连续营养管理干预对早产儿营养状况及发育的影响。
选取 2019 年 5 月至 2021 年 4 月我院收治的 80 例早产儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组 40 例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予基于移动医疗 APP 的连续营养管理干预。比较两组新生儿行为神经测定评分(NBNA)、疼痛评分、身高、体质量、头围、智力发育评分、血清前白蛋白(PA)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、疾病发生情况。
首先,比较两组 NBNA 评分,观察组行为能力、被动肌张力、主动肌张力、原始反射、一般评估评分均显著高于对照组;其次,比较两组疼痛评分,两组护理前比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05),但观察组患儿采血、恢复期、出院时及出院后 6 个月的疼痛评分均低于对照组(<0.05);与两组生长发育指标比较,两组护理前比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05),护理后两组 GDS 评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);与两组运动评分比较,两组护理前比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05),护理后两组 PDMS-2 评分、TIMP 评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);两组护理前血清 PA、RBP 比较差异无统计学意义,两组护理后血清 PA、RBP 均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);最后,比较两组疾病发生情况,护理前观察组感染、视网膜病变、慢性肺损伤、贫血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。
基于移动医疗 APP 的连续营养管理干预策略可显著增强早产儿出院后的营养状况,促进其生长发育,改善其营养状况,降低早产儿疾病发生率,从而提高其生活质量。
