长期随访中肿瘤周围水肿部分自发消退的脑膜瘤

Spontaneous regression of meningioma is rarely observed. We report a one person of an incidentally diagnosed meningioma with a spontaneous regression. The 73-year-old female patient without symptoms showed the right sphenoid meningioma with peritumoral edema. The meningioma was incidentally diagnosed and followed up by MRI for 10 years. The tumor shrank with a decrease of edema on T2 MRI. The initial volume of 58.59 cm, regressed to 37.16 cm.

脑膜瘤的自发消退很少见。我们报告了一例偶然诊断出的脑膜瘤发生自发消退的病例。这位73岁无症状的女性患者显示右侧蝶骨脑膜瘤伴瘤周水肿。该脑膜瘤是偶然诊断出来的，并通过磁共振成像（MRI）随访了10年。肿瘤缩小，T2加权MRI上水肿减轻。初始体积为58.59立方厘米，缩小至37.16立方厘米。
