From the CHCl-soluble extract of L. (Annonaceae) leaves, one new 3-benzazepine-type alkaloid, anonazepine (), and four known aporphine-type alkaloids, (+)-laurotetanine (), (+)-norglaucine (), (-)-xylopine (), and lanuginosine (), were isolated. Except for (-)-xylopine (), these remaining known alkaloids were first reported in . The structures of the isolated alkaloids were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and MS, as well as comparison with literature data. The new 3-benzazepine-type alkaloid existed in an inseparable mixture of two equilibrium conformers. Its absolute configuration was determined based on comparing their experimental and calculated ECD data. The anti-inflammatory activity of the isolated alkaloids was investigated, but none of the alkaloids showed a significant result.
从番荔枝科某植物叶子的氯仿可溶提取物中,分离得到一种新的3 - 苯并氮杂卓型生物碱——番荔枝氮杂卓(),以及四种已知的阿朴啡型生物碱,即(+) - 劳罗替丁()、(+) - 去甲劳丹碱()、( - ) - 木番荔枝碱()和毛叶番荔枝碱()。除了( - ) - 木番荔枝碱()外,其余这些已知生物碱首次在[具体文献]中报道。通过一维和二维核磁共振光谱、质谱以及与文献数据对比,确定了分离出的生物碱的结构。这种新的3 - 苯并氮杂卓型生物碱以两种平衡构象的不可分离混合物形式存在。基于比较其实验和计算的电子圆二色光谱数据确定了其绝对构型。对分离出的生物碱的抗炎活性进行了研究,但没有一种生物碱显示出显著效果。
