Abstract

Lour. is a traditional medicinal herb that has been applied in the treatment of malaria and some other infectious diseases. Studies recently have focused on the anti-inflammation of the extracts of Lour. although there have not many reports about which compounds play the essential role. Therefore, in this study, we isolated hydrangenoside C (), isoarborinol (), and methyl 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-fructofuranoside () from the leaves of . Subsequently, the anti-inflammatory property of - was assessed using an assay of edema mouse model which was induced by carrageenan. Out of the three, inhibited the edema effectively and dose-dependently, similarly to diclofenac while there was no obvious activity observed in and . The results demonstrated that enables binding to 5-LOX and PLA2 via generating h-bonds. This is the first study to mention the anti-inflammation of in Lour., and would be a contribution to further studies to elucidate the promising bioactivities of this compound.

摘要

卤蕨是一种传统草药,已被用于治疗疟疾和其他一些传染病。最近的研究集中在卤蕨提取物的抗炎作用上,尽管关于哪些化合物起关键作用的报道并不多。因此,在本研究中,我们从卤蕨叶中分离出了山荷叶苷C、异香蒲醇和1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基果糖呋喃糖苷甲基酯。随后,通过角叉菜胶诱导的水肿小鼠模型实验评估了卤蕨提取物的抗炎特性。在这三种物质中,卤蕨提取物能有效且剂量依赖性地抑制水肿,与双氯芬酸类似,而另外两种物质未观察到明显活性。实验结果表明,卤蕨提取物通过形成氢键与5-脂氧合酶和磷脂酶A2结合。这是第一项提及卤蕨抗炎作用的研究,将有助于进一步阐明该化合物的潜在生物活性。
