Abstract

A one-pot, four-component reaction for the synthesis of novel chromeno[3,4-c]spiropyrrolidine-indenoquinoxalines is described via a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 3-acetyl-coumarins with the azomethine ylides followed by deacetylation and protonation (deuteration). The products were obtained in moderate to high yields, and their structures were confirmed by H NMR, C NMR, FT-IR, and MS spectroscopy.

本文描述了一种一锅四组分反应,通过3-乙酰基香豆素与甲亚胺叶立德的1,3-偶极环加成反应,随后进行脱乙酰化和质子化(氘化)反应,合成新型色烯并[3,4-c]螺吡咯烷-茚并喹喔啉。产物以中等至高产率获得,其结构通过氢核磁共振、碳核磁共振、傅里叶变换红外光谱和质谱进行了确证。
