Kinetic patterns and thermostability of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, isolated from liver tissue of intact and thiamine-deficient rats, were analyzed. Distinct alterations were not found in the patterns studied. The data obtained suggest that a decrease in the enzymatic activity, observed after administration of oxythiamine into rats, occurred due to lowering in content of the protein active form.
对从正常和硫胺素缺乏大鼠肝脏组织中分离出的葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的动力学模式和热稳定性进行了分析。在所研究的模式中未发现明显变化。所得数据表明，给大鼠注射氧硫胺后观察到的酶活性降低是由于蛋白质活性形式含量降低所致。
