IgG-related disease (IgG-RD) is an immune-mediated fibroinflammatory condition characterized by tumefactive lesions in multi-organs. It is a novel entity presented by variable manifestations. In recent years, there has been progress toward recognizing IgG-RD. However, the diagnosis and treatment of IgG-RD still present challenges due to insufficient experience. To address this, the Chinese Rheumatology Association has developed standardized guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of IgG-RD based on domestic and international experience. These guidelines aim to enhance the understanding and management of IgG-RD, ultimately improving the prognosis for patients with IgG-RD.
IgG相关疾病（IgG-RD）是一种免疫介导的纤维炎症性疾病，其特征为多器官出现肿胀性病变。它是一种表现多样的新型疾病。近年来，在认识IgG-RD方面取得了进展。然而，由于经验不足，IgG-RD的诊断和治疗仍然面临挑战。为解决这一问题，中华医学会风湿病学分会根据国内外经验制定了IgG-RD诊断和治疗的标准化指南。这些指南旨在加强对IgG-RD的认识和管理，最终改善IgG-RD患者的预后。
