Plasma lactate concentrations were determined in venous blood samples collected from 60 healthy Beagles aged 5 to 9 months. The range of values (0.42 to 3.58 mmol/L) obtained with an enzymatic method in the present study was similar to values reported in smaller studies with the colorimetric procedures.
测定了从60只5至9个月大的健康比格犬采集的静脉血样本中的血浆乳酸浓度。本研究中采用酶法获得的值范围（0.42至3.58毫摩尔/升）与采用比色法的较小研究中报告的值相似。
