Abstract

• The first report of serological characteristics of HFMD associated enteroviruses in Shanghai after the COVID-19 epidemic. • The seroprevalence of protective NtAbs against Coxsackieviruses was low within the susceptible population of HFMD. • The presence of a silent outbreak and circulation of CVA4 was confirmed among elderly individuals.

• 新冠疫情后上海手足口病相关肠道病毒血清学特征的首报。 • 手足口病易感人群中针对柯萨奇病毒的保护性 NtAbs 血清阳性率较低。 • 证实老年人中存在隐性暴发和 CVA4 的循环。
