To investigate the effect of contrast water therapy on proprioception of the knee joint and indicators associated with fatigue in sprinters after high intensity training.
A total of 40 sprinters were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group got 14 minutes of contrast water therapy, while the control group took 14 minutes of sitting rest after training. The knee position sense, muscle force sense, joint reaction angle to release, knee joint function, and indictors associated with fatigue were evaluated before and after exercise at different time points.
At 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h after exercise, the active position sense and muscle force sense of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group (all P<0.05). At 48 h after exercise, the passive position sense of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (all P<0.05). At 24 h and 48 h after exercise, the joint reaction angle to release of the control group was significantly greater than that of the observation group (all P<0.05). Additionally, the IKDC2000 and Lysholm scores after interference in the observation group were greater than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The indicators associated with fatigue after interference in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05).
Contrast water therapy can effectively alleviate muscle force sense, promote muscle proprioception, improve knee joint function, and enhance recovery from fatigue.
探讨对比水疗对短跑运动员高强度训练后膝关节本体感觉及疲劳相关指标的影响。
选取40名短跑运动员,分为观察组和对照组。观察组进行14分钟的对比水疗,对照组在训练后静坐休息14分钟。在运动前后的不同时间点评估膝关节位置觉、肌肉力量觉、释放时的关节反应角度、膝关节功能以及与疲劳相关的指标。
运动后24小时、48小时和72小时,对照组的主动位置觉和肌肉力量觉显著低于观察组(均P<0.05)。运动后48小时,对照组的被动位置觉显著低于观察组(均P<0.05)。运动后24小时和48小时,对照组的释放时关节反应角度显著大于观察组(均P<0.05)。此外,观察组干预后的IKDC2000和Lysholm评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组干预后的疲劳相关指标显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。
对比水疗可有效减轻肌肉力量觉,促进肌肉本体感觉,改善膝关节功能,并增强疲劳恢复能力。
