Abstract

This article reports the whole-genome sequence of PGRG5 and the draft genome sequence of PGRG2. These strains were isolated from electronic waste contaminated soil. According to microbial identification, strain PGRG2 was identified as sp. (unclassified) with a size of ~4.4 Mbp and PGRG5 as with a size of ~6.2 Mbp.
