We present a genome assembly from an individual female (Blonde Ray; Chordata; Chondrichthyes; Rajiformes; Rajidae). The genome sequence spans 2,700.50 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 49 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 17.12 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 24,252 protein-coding genes.
我们展示了来自一只雌性个体（金发鳐；脊索动物门；软骨鱼纲；鳐形目；鳐科）的基因组组装结果。基因组序列跨度为2700.50兆碱基。大部分组装序列被构建成49条染色体假分子，包括X性染色体。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为17.12千碱基。在Ensembl上对该组装序列进行的基因注释识别出24252个蛋白质编码基因。
