BACKGROUND
Cervical cancer in pregnancy is a rare event. Diagnosis and management of cervical cancer in pregnancy is complicated and challenging in a low resource setting.
CASE PRESENTATION
Herein, we present a case of cervical cancer (FIGO stage IB3) diagnosed at 28 weeks and successfully managed at 37 weeks of gestation in a 27-year-old woman.
CONCLUSION
This is the first case report on cervical cancer in pregnancy from Bhutan. It highlights the diagnostic and management challenges in a low resource country.
背景
妊娠合并宫颈癌较为罕见。在资源匮乏的环境下，妊娠合并宫颈癌的诊断和处理较为复杂且具有挑战性。

本案例报告了一例 27 岁女性于妊娠 28 周时诊断为宫颈癌（FIGO 分期 IB3），并于妊娠 37 周时成功分娩。
结论
