The glycosidase activities in a rat liver microsome fraction were investigated in comparison with those in a submitochondrial fraction. The activities of beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase, beta-galactosidase and beta-glucosidase in the former were distinguished from those in the latter on the basis of solubilization pattern, pH optimum, thermal stability and elution pattern of concanavalin A-Sepharose chromatography. It is suggested that these activities are not due to the contamination of lysosomal enzymes but intrinsic to microsomes.
对大鼠肝脏微粒体部分的糖苷酶活性进行了研究,并与亚线粒体部分的糖苷酶活性作了比较。根据在伴刀豆球蛋白A-琼脂糖凝胶层析中的溶解模式、最适pH值、热稳定性和洗脱模式,区分了前者中β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶、β-半乳糖苷酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶的活性与后者中的活性。提示这些活性并非由于溶酶体酶的污染,而是微粒体所固有的。
