Abstract

(Niethammer, 1975) is one of the commensal rodent species in South China. With the development of transportation and climate change, has gradually migrated north and become the dominant rat species for the past few years. In this study, we assembled a complete mitochondrial genome of , captured from North China. The mitogenome contains 16,307 nucleotide pairs, including 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and 22 transfer RNA genes, as well as one non-coding control region. Based on whole mitogenome phylogenetical analysis showed that captured from North China had a close phylogenetic relationship with that from Japan and South Korea. These findings are valuable for further studies on the evolution, genetic diversity, and taxonomy of Asian commensal rodent.

(尼瑟姆,1975)是中国南方的共栖鼠种之一。随着交通的发展和气候变化,它已逐渐向北迁移,并在过去几年成为优势鼠种。在本研究中,我们组装了从中国北方捕获的该物种的完整线粒体基因组。该线粒体基因组包含16307个核苷酸对,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因、22个转运RNA基因以及一个非编码控制区。基于整个线粒体基因组的系统发育分析表明,从中国北方捕获的该物种与来自日本和韩国的该物种具有密切的系统发育关系。这些发现对于进一步研究亚洲共栖鼠类的进化、遗传多样性和分类学具有重要价值。
