The above article, published online on 30 March 2018 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the journal Editor-in-Chief, Christian Behl; and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed due to concerns raised by third parties on the data presented in the article. Specifically, possible duplication of Western Blot bands was identified within Figure 5. The raw data provided by the authors upon request did not address the concerns, as clear evidence of image manipulation and fabrication was detected. Consequently, the article is being retracted, as the editors have lost confidence in the integrity of the presented data and deem the conclusions invalid.
