In this study, the mitochondrial genome of (Ihle, 1920) was sequenced for the first time using next-generation sequencing technology, and its compositional characteristics, structure, and phylogenetic relationship with other strongylid nematodes were analyzed by biological software. The results showed that these sequences contained 12 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and 2 non-coding regions, all exhibiting a significant AT bias. Phylogenetic studies showed that formed a distinct branch form other nematodes. This study contributes to the mitochondrial genome database of Strongylidae, laying a foundation for genetic variation, molecular classification, and evolutionary studies of strongylid nematodes.
在本研究中,首次使用下一代测序技术对(伊勒,1920年)的线粒体基因组进行了测序,并通过生物软件分析了其组成特征、结构以及与其他圆线科线虫的系统发育关系。结果表明,这些序列包含12个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和2个非编码区,均表现出明显的AT偏好。系统发育研究表明,与其他圆线科线虫形成了一个独特的分支。本研究为圆线科线粒体基因组数据库做出了贡献,为圆线科线虫的遗传变异、分子分类和进化研究奠定了基础。
