Abstract

Lour. 1790, valued for ornamental and medicinal properties, has been extensively utilized in traditional medicinal in Vietnam. This study assembled and characterized the first chloroplast of consisted of 155,333 bp with a GC content of 37.5%. The genome included 130 annotated genes (including 85 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes), exhibited a typical quadripartite structure consistent with those found in other members of the Rubiaceae family. Phylogenetic analysis placed in Ixoroideae subfamily, closely related to and . This study enriches cp genome data and phylogenetic insights within Rubiaceae.

罗浮(Lour. 1790)因具有观赏和药用价值,在越南传统医学中被广泛应用。本研究组装并鉴定了其首个叶绿体基因组,该基因组由155,333个碱基对组成,GC含量为37.5%。该基因组包含130个注释基因(包括85个蛋白质编码基因、37个tRNA基因和8个rRNA基因),呈现出与茜草科其他成员一致的典型四分体结构。系统发育分析将其置于龙船花亚科,与栀子属(Gardenia)和狗骨柴属(Tricalysia)关系密切。本研究丰富了茜草科的叶绿体基因组数据和系统发育见解。
