Abstract

alkaloids (DAs) are interesting molecules with rich molecular skeletons and diverse biological activities. Since their discovery, phytochemists have isolated, purified, and identified more than 350 DAs. Synthetic chemists, attracted by the structure and activity of DAs, have accomplished many elegant synthetic jobs. Herein, we summarize work on the isolation, structural identification, bioactivity testing, and synthesis of DAs from 2018 to 2023, with the aim of providing a reference for future studies.

生物碱(DAs)是一类有趣的分子,具有丰富的分子骨架和多样的生物活性。自其被发现以来,植物化学家已分离、纯化并鉴定出350多种生物碱。受生物碱的结构和活性吸引,合成化学家完成了许多出色的合成工作。在此,我们总结了2018年至2023年期间生物碱的分离、结构鉴定、生物活性测试及合成方面的工作,旨在为未来的研究提供参考。
