It is shown that in old (aged 48-54 months) rabbits the percentage of low-density lipoproteins in the blood serum increases as compared to that in young (aged 6-10 months) animals. The age accumulation of the mentioned lipoproteins is combined with their slow removal from the blood. A decrease in the income of lipoproteins of the given class and their slow removal in the vascular wall of old rabbits is observed.
结果表明，与年轻（6 - 10个月龄）动物相比，老年（48 - 54个月龄）兔子血清中低密度脂蛋白的百分比增加。上述脂蛋白的年龄积累与其从血液中缓慢清除有关。观察到老年兔子中这类脂蛋白的摄入减少及其在血管壁中的缓慢清除。
