A Case Report of Bilateral Rectus Femoris With a Unilateral Adductor Longus Muscle Injury.

In cases of prolonged groin and proximal thigh discomfort or pain, a rectus femoris rupture must be considered a possible differential diagnosis. In this case with combined bilateral rectus femoris and unilateral adductor longus injuries, management and early definitive diagnosis clinically may be difficult. Hence careful clinical evaluation and imaging should be considered for proper early diagnosis and management.
