Dynamic inflatable penile prosthesis (DIPP) with the enhanced Rigicon Infla10 penile implant: a narrative review.

Three-piece inflatable penile prostheses (IPP) have been available for over 50 years. Rigicon (Ronkonkoma NY) introduced a new IPP, the Infla10, in January 2019. The prosthesis has now been technologically enhanced after feedback from both physicians and patients enabling it to evolve into a new generation of device. Of note are an improved, patient friendly pump with a strain relief to prevent tubing breakage, wider girth cylinders and lengthening cylinders that do not lose rigidity in the longer sizes. The Adaptive silicone reservoir permits underfilling to facilitate ectopic placement. The present Rigicon Infla10 is a different experience for patients and deserves a new description: Dynamic inflatable penile prosthesis (DIPP). This Rigicon DIPP combines a natural feel that simulates bodily functions for an authentic experience. The device is invisible to observers when not in use and its increased girth during erection provides powerful rigidity.
