Boys' health and health promotion are crucial for preventing diseases in later life. Urology can take preventive action in all areas of male development, sexuality, and reproduction. This includes imparting knowledge about normal puberty development and general health care measures but also encompasses sex education about contraceptives and sexually transmitted diseases.
