We present a genome assembly from a female (European ground squirrel; Chordata; Mammalia; Rodentia; Sciuridae). The genome sequence has a total length of 3,090.03 megabases. Most of the assembly (95.47%) is scaffolded into 20 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 16.45 kilobases.
我们展示了一只雌性（欧洲地松鼠；脊索动物门；哺乳纲；啮齿目；松鼠科）的基因组组装结果。基因组序列全长30.9003亿碱基对。大部分组装序列（95.47%）被构建成20条染色体假分子，包括X性染色体。线粒体基因组也已完成组装，长度为16.45千碱基对。
