Abstract

To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of long-pulse 1064nm Nd: YAG laser combined with pulsed CO2 laser and topical application of aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride for photodynamic therapy in treating pyogenic granuloma. 20 patients with pyogenic granuloma were treated with a combination of long-pulse 1064nm Nd: YAG laser and pulsed CO2 laser along with photodynamic therapy using aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride. The efficacy, recurrence rate, and safety were observed at 1 month and 2 months post-treatment. All patients achieved a 100%cure rate and total effectiveness with a single treatment, with no infections, ulcers, or scars observed. Eight patients experienced mild pigmentation, which gradually resolved within one month, and there were no recurrences. The combined therapy of long-pulse 1064nm Nd: YAG laser and pulsed CO2 laser with photodynamic therapy is highly effective in treating pyogenic granuloma, with no recurrences and minimal adverse reactions, significantly improving patient satisfaction.

探讨长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合脉冲CO2激光及局部应用盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效及安全性。对20例化脓性肉芽肿患者采用长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合脉冲CO2激光及盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法进行治疗。在治疗后1个月和2个月观察疗效、复发率及安全性。所有患者单次治疗治愈率及总有效率均达100%,未观察到感染、溃疡或瘢痕。8例患者出现轻度色素沉着,1个月内逐渐消退,无复发。长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合脉冲CO2激光及光动力疗法治疗化脓性肉芽肿疗效显著,无复发且不良反应轻微,显著提高了患者满意度。
