Lymphangioma of the breast is an exceptionally rare benign tumor, often posing significant diagnostic challenges due to its rarity and nonspecific imaging characteristics. We present the case of a 56-year-old female who presented with a painless, gradually enlarging mass in her right breast. Diagnostic imaging, including mammography, ultrasound (USG), and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (CEMRI), played a crucial role in identifying the condition. This case underscores the importance of including lymphangioma in the differential diagnosis of cystic breast masses.
乳腺淋巴管瘤是一种极其罕见的良性肿瘤，因其罕见性和非特异性影像学特征，常常带来重大的诊断挑战。我们报告一例56岁女性病例，该患者右乳出现无痛性、逐渐增大的肿块。包括乳腺钼靶、超声（USG）和对比增强磁共振成像（CEMRI）在内的诊断性影像学检查在明确病情方面发挥了关键作用。该病例强调了在乳腺囊性肿块的鉴别诊断中纳入淋巴管瘤的重要性。
