Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, an in-depth discussion of clinical nurses' behavioral intentions in managing cancer-related cognitive impairment in patients with colorectal cancer, to provide a reference for constructing a standardized management process and implementing precise intervention strategies.
Phenomenological qualitative methodology.
From November to December 2024, 11 nurses in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of a tertiary hospital in Yangzhou City were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews. The Colaizzi 7-step method was used to analyze, summarize, and refine the interview data. According to the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the researchers identified and summarized the themes.
Three main themes emerged: behavioral attitudes (positive and negative), subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The eleven sub-themes were: perception of importance, self-efficacy, insufficient level of cognition, inadequate risk perception capacity, sense of professional responsibility, pressures from patients and family members, impact of multidisciplinary teams, heavy workloads, lack of medical resources, lack of a standardized care process, and lack of information support systems.
Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, this study found that gastrointestinal surgical nurses' behavioral intentions regarding the management of CRCI in colorectal cancer patients were influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Optimization of management practices through professional training and multidisciplinary collaboration is recommended.

2024年11月至12月，选取扬州市某三级医院胃肠外科的11名护士进行半结构式深入访谈。采用Colaizzi 7步法对访谈资料进行分析、总结和提炼。研究者依据计划行为理论（TPB）框架，识别并归纳主题。
出现了三个主要主题：行为态度（积极和消极）、主观规范和感知行为控制。11个子主题为：重要性认知、自我效能感、认知水平不足、风险感知能力欠缺、职业责任感、患者及家属压力、多学科团队影响、工作量大、医疗资源匮乏、缺乏标准化护理流程、缺乏信息支持系统。
基于计划行为理论，本研究发现胃肠外科护士对结直肠癌患者CRCI管理的行为意向受态度、主观规范和感知行为控制的影响。建议通过专业培训和多学科协作优化管理实践。
