Abstract

Bolete specimens collected in Baima Snow Mountain Nature Reserve, Yunnan Province, were identified as , based on morphological and phylogenetic analyses. The ITS sequences of our collections exhibited a high similarity with (99.53% for KEF13271 and 99.44% for KEF13272). However, because of limited molecular data and complex taxonomic relationships of Boletaceae, the phylogenetic placement of could not be clearly determined. This study conducted a phylogenetic analysis by combining nrLSU, and genes, and the results showed that this species has a close phylogenetic relationship with , sharing some morphological characteristics, but also having several highlighting differences. Therefore, a new genus is proposed with as the type species and its detailed description is provided.

基于形态学和系统发育分析,对在云南省白马雪山自然保护区采集的牛肝菌标本进行了鉴定。我们所采集样本的ITS序列与[具体物种]表现出高度相似性(KEF13271为99.53%,KEF13272为99.44%)。然而,由于牛肝菌科的分子数据有限且分类关系复杂,[该物种名称]的系统发育位置无法明确确定。本研究通过结合nrLSU、[其他基因名称1]和[其他基因名称2]基因进行了系统发育分析,结果表明该物种与[另一相关物种]具有密切的系统发育关系,共享一些形态特征,但也存在一些显著差异。因此,提出了一个新属[新属名称],以[该物种名称]为模式种,并提供了其详细描述。
