Abstract

Dieulafoy's lesion, though rare in children, should be considered in cases of severe gastrointestinal bleeding. Early recognition and prompt endoscopic combination therapy with hemostatic clipping and adrenaline injection are essential for successful outcomes and preventing life-threatening complications.

摘要

Dieulafoy病变在儿童中虽罕见，但在严重胃肠道出血病例中应予以考虑。早期识别并及时采用内镜下止血夹闭和肾上腺素注射联合治疗，对于取得成功疗效及预防危及生命的并发症至关重要。
