Abstract

In the field of cardiology, high-quality nursing service has been recognized as an important factor to improve the health effect of patients. However, there is still a lack of research on how these services specifically affect patients' psycho-emotional and recovery indicators. Therefore, analyzing the effects of cardiology quality nursing services on patients' psychological emotions and recovery indicators and their correlation factors is of great significance for improving the quality of nursing care and patients' overall recovery effects. The objective of this study is to investigate the positive effect of quality nursing services on the rehabilitation process of coronary artery disease patients hospitalized. In this study, a retrospective study was conducted to collect clinical data related to patients with confirmed coronary artery disease who attended the cardiology department of our hospital during the period of June 2020 to December 2023 and were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention. A total of 150 patients were eligible for enrollment, including 85 males and 65 females. The patients were randomized to the experimental group and the control group to receive quality nursing service and routine nursing service, respectively. The hospitalization time, complications, and satisfaction with diagnosis and treatment activities of the 2 groups were collected, and the scientificity and effectiveness of quality nursing service were analyzed. The analysis showed that the hospitalization time in the experimental group (6.83 ± 0.45) days was shorter compared to that of the control group (7.16 ± 0.55) days and the difference was statistically significant (P < .05). Patients in the experimental group had lower scores on the anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the patients in the experimental group were more satisfied with the treatment process during their hospitalization than those in the control group. Quality nursing service is a more effective way of inpatient care, compared with traditional care and can be more effective in reducing the length of stay, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the patient's satisfaction with the nursing staff.

在心脏病学领域,高质量的护理服务已被公认为是提高患者健康效果的重要因素。然而,关于这些服务如何具体影响患者的心理情绪和康复指标,仍然缺乏相关研究。因此,分析心脏病学优质护理服务对患者心理情绪和康复指标的影响及其相关因素,对于提高护理质量和患者的整体康复效果具有重要意义。本研究的目的是探讨优质护理服务对住院冠心病患者康复过程的积极影响。在本研究中,进行了一项回顾性研究,收集了2020年6月至2023年12月期间在我院心内科就诊并接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的确诊冠心病患者的临床数据。共有150例患者符合纳入标准,其中男性85例,女性65例。将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,分别接受优质护理服务和常规护理服务。收集两组患者的住院时间、并发症情况以及对诊疗活动的满意度,并分析优质护理服务的科学性和有效性。分析结果显示,实验组的住院时间为(6.83±0.45)天,短于对照组的(7.16±0.55)天,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者在焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表上的得分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。实验组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,且实验组患者在住院期间对治疗过程的满意度高于对照组。与传统护理相比,优质护理服务是一种更有效的住院护理方式,能够更有效地缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,并提高患者对护理人员的满意度。
