We present a genome assembly from a female specimen of (Little Snipefly; Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Rhagionidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 429.05 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.58%) is scaffolded into 5 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 16.38 kilobases. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 14,233 protein-coding genes.
我们展示了一种（小蚋蝇；节肢动物门；昆虫纲；双翅目；网翅虻科）雌性标本的基因组组装结果。基因组序列全长429.05兆碱基。大部分组装序列（99.58%）被构建成5条染色体假分子。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为16.38千碱基。在Ensembl上对该组装序列进行的基因注释识别出14233个蛋白质编码基因。
