Abstract

We present a genome assembly from a specimen of (China Limpet; Mollusca; Gastropoda; Patellidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 693.56 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.78%) is scaffolded into 8 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 14.94 kilobases. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 21 151 protein-coding genes.

我们展示了来自中国帽贝（软体动物；腹足纲；笠贝科）一个样本的基因组组装结果。基因组序列全长693.56兆碱基。大部分组装序列（99.78%）被构建成8条染色体假分子。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为14.94千碱基。在Ensembl上对该组装序列进行的基因注释识别出21151个蛋白质编码基因。
