Abstract
This paper describes the preparation, properties, principles of operation and use of a new device, Immobilized Enzyme Pipette or Impette in routine determination of blood and urine urea. Clinical trials carried out in a medium sized hospital gave very reliable and reproducible results with a very high precision.
