Immunoelectrophoretic study of serum proteins in patients with various types of malignant proliferations of haemopoietic tissue was performed. It was established that myeloproliferative diseases (chronic myeloleukemia, acute leukemia) are notable for changes in alpha 2-globulins (frequent increase in the content of alpha 2-macroglobulin, haptoglobin) increase in the of beta 1 A-globulin as well as for reactive increase in the content of one or several immunoglobulins. During malignant proliferations of lymphoreticular tissue (chronic lympholeukemia, lymphosarcoma, myeloma, lymphogranulomatosis), major disturbances occur in the group of immunoglobulins, changes in which during this pathology can be of three types: reactive increase, decrease with a syndrome of antibody deficiency, paraproteinemia. The type of changes of immunoglobulins is determined by morphogenetic species of malignant cells.
对造血组织各种类型恶性增殖患者的血清蛋白进行了免疫电泳研究。结果表明,骨髓增殖性疾病(慢性粒细胞白血病、急性白血病)的特点是α2球蛋白发生变化(α2巨球蛋白、触珠蛋白含量经常增加),β1A球蛋白增加,以及一种或几种免疫球蛋白含量反应性增加。在淋巴网状组织的恶性增殖(慢性淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴肉瘤、骨髓瘤、淋巴肉芽肿病)过程中,免疫球蛋白组会出现主要紊乱,在这种病理情况下,其变化可分为三种类型:反应性增加、伴有抗体缺乏综合征的减少、副蛋白血症。免疫球蛋白的变化类型由恶性细胞的形态发生种类决定。
