Abstract

The radioallergosorbent test (RAST) was used to demonstrate IgE antibodies to Cladosporium herbarum in 35 children. Freeze-dried samples of Cladosporium herbarum were obtained from two commercial products, extracted and used for the preparation of two rast disc series which were compared with the commercially available Phadebas Cladosporium herbarum discs. Marked qualitative differences were found.

采用放射变应原吸附试验（RAST）检测了35名儿童针对草本枝孢菌的IgE抗体。从两种商业产品中获取了草本枝孢菌的冻干样本，进行提取后用于制备两个RAST盘系列，并与市售的法德巴斯草本枝孢菌盘进行比较。结果发现存在显著的质量差异。
