Abstract
Mononuclear cells of the cerebrospinal fluid from a patient with multiple sclerosis were maintained for 5 days. Synthesis of IgG occurred and was significantly higher during a relapse of the disease than during remissions. The electrophoretic IgG species that were found in the cerebrospinal fluid of the patient were also synthesized .
摘要
对一名多发性硬化症患者脑脊液中的单核细胞进行了5天的培养。发现有IgG合成，且在疾病复发期合成量显著高于缓解期。患者脑脊液中发现的电泳IgG种类也能被合成。
