In vivo effect of cyclic nucleotides on velocity and chemotaxis of neutrophil granulocytes.

Neutrophil granulocytes velocity and chemotaxis were obeserved by a direct method. Only chemotaxis could be inhibited by dibutyryl Cyclic AMP, this phenomenon could be reversed by cyclic GMP.
