[酶免疫测定法检测产气荚膜梭菌肠毒素]

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for C. perfringens enterotoxin detection was evaluated using purified enterotoxin preparations, supernatant fluids of sporulating C. perfringens cultures and other Clostridium species. The assay was found satisfactorily sensitive and specific to detect C. perfringens enterotoxin.

使用纯化的肠毒素制剂、产气荚膜梭菌芽孢形成培养物的上清液以及其他梭菌属菌种，对一种用于检测产气荚膜梭菌肠毒素的酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）进行了评估。结果发现该测定法在检测产气荚膜梭菌肠毒素方面具有令人满意的敏感性和特异性。
