Abstract
Male Wistar rats were used to study by in vitro experiments the influence of lithium (0.55 g lithium carbonate per kg of dry food for 8 weeks) on the activity of plasma deiodase of liver for thyroxine. Lithium treatment caused a statistically significant decrease of thyroxine deiodination.

采用雄性Wistar大鼠进行体外实验，研究锂（每千克干粮含0.55克碳酸锂，持续8周）对肝脏血浆甲状腺素脱碘酶活性的影响。锂处理导致甲状腺素脱碘作用出现统计学上的显著下降。
