Acute peritonitis is a rare complication of Crohn's disease of the colon. We present the case of a young woman with peritonitis complicating an acute exacerbation of Crohn's disease of the colon. Seventeen other cases from the literature show that perforation may be the first manifestation of the disease or may occur during an acute exacerbation of a chronic form. With the presently limited experience, the optimal surgical treatment has not been defined.
急性腹膜炎是结肠克罗恩病的一种罕见并发症。我们报告一例年轻女性患者，其腹膜炎并发结肠克罗恩病急性加重。文献中的其他17例病例显示，穿孔可能是该病的首发表现，也可能发生在慢性病程的急性加重期。鉴于目前经验有限，尚未确定最佳的手术治疗方法。
