Two cases of intraocular reticulum cell sarcoma are described, one case with tumor infiltration of the vitreous only, the other case also with tumors of the retina and CNS. Diagnostic signs and therapy are discussed. Biopsy of the affected vitreous permits an early histology diagnosis for effective radiotherapy.
