In rats, atropine and saline did not affect the response of insulin receptors increased by fasting but decreased it under condition of hyperinsulinemia in fat and hepatic plasma membranes Ornid abolished the response of the membrane insulin receptors both in fasting and hyperinsulinemia. The data obtained confirm the participation of the sympathetic system in the insulin receptors regulation.
在大鼠中,阿托品和生理盐水对禁食引起的胰岛素受体反应没有影响,但在脂肪和肝细胞膜高胰岛素血症条件下会降低该反应。奥尼哒嗪在禁食和高胰岛素血症状态下均消除了膜胰岛素受体的反应。所获得的数据证实了交感神经系统参与胰岛素受体的调节。
