Neodymium:YAG laser fiber steering device for carbon dioxide laser rigid bronchoscope set.

A steering device for the Nd:YAG laser fiber to be used in conjunction with the rigid carbon dioxide laser bronchoscope set has been designed. This device inserts into the proximal end of the rigid bronchoscope and has the ability to accept a rigid optical telescope and the Nd:YAG laser fiber, and to evacuate smoke from the operative field.
