Familial concentration of Hodgkin's disease has attracted special attention (Razis et al., 1959; De Vore and Doan, 1957; Halazun et al., 1972; Creagan and Fraumeni, 1972) as it could suggest genetical basis. The present report states the unusual occurrence of Hodgkin's disease in four siblings. Three of them descended from the same father and the last one had a different one, as it is shown in the pedigree enclosed. Consanguinity or environmental exposure to radiation has not been detected.
