Incorporation of U-14C-glucose into individual phospholipids from heart tissue was studied during chronic bronchopulmonary inflammation in vivo. Incorporation of the glucose into diphosphatidylglycerols, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl ethanolamine was decreased and into the sphingomyelins, phosphatidylinositol, lysophosphatidyl choline was increased.
在体内慢性支气管肺炎症期间,研究了U-14C-葡萄糖掺入心脏组织中各个磷脂的情况。葡萄糖掺入二磷脂酰甘油、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰乙醇胺的量减少,而掺入鞘磷脂、磷脂酰肌醇、溶血磷脂酰胆碱的量增加。
