Abstract
A case of refractory anaemia with excess of blasts ( RAEB ) terminating with clinical and haematological picture of Ph1 negative chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) is reported. It is suggested that the same abnormal clone of cells is responsible for the initial picture of the RAEB and the terminal CML picture.

报告了1例伴有原始细胞过多的难治性贫血（RAEB），最终发展为Ph1阴性慢性髓性白血病（CML）的临床和血液学表现。提示相同的异常细胞克隆导致了RAEB的初始表现和最终的CML表现。
