Primary lung carcinoma adjacent to the trachea and paratracheal nodal metastasis without evidence of the primary tumor or airway invasion require invasive surgical procedures to obtain adequate diagnostic tissues. Adequate diagnostic tissue was obtained in 3 of 5 patients with paratracheal masses by means of a bronchoscopic needle aspiration technique. There were no complications.
紧邻气管的原发性肺癌及气管旁淋巴结转移，若未发现原发性肿瘤或气道侵犯的证据，则需要采用侵入性手术方法来获取足够的诊断组织。5例气管旁肿块患者中，有3例通过支气管镜针吸技术获取了足够的诊断组织，且无并发症发生。
