The protective activity of various Ps. aeruginosa cell antigens was studied, with the aim of isolating highly active components for a complex immunologic preparation against Ps. aeruginosa infection. The preparations of the supernatant fluid obtained by ultracentrifugation of slime or aqueous extract of Ps. aeruginosa were found to have the highest protective activity. Such preparations had low toxicity. Antigens with a molecular weight of 10,000 to 30,000 daltons obtained by the membrane fractionation of the aqueous extracts of acetone-treated bacteria, had also a high protective activity and were non-toxic for rats.
研究了各种铜绿假单胞菌细胞抗原的保护活性,目的是分离出高活性成分,用于制备针对铜绿假单胞菌感染的复合免疫制剂。通过对铜绿假单胞菌的黏液或水提取物进行超速离心获得的上清液制剂具有最高的保护活性。这类制剂毒性较低。通过对经丙酮处理的细菌水提取物进行膜分级分离得到的分子量为10,000至30,000道尔顿的抗原,也具有很高的保护活性,且对大鼠无毒。
