Abstract
Immunodiffusion and passive hemoagglutination with human or sheep red blood cells for the detection of antibodies to polymerized human serum albumin (AAA) in sera of patients with various liver diseases have some deficiencies. A sensitive ELISA method for detection and characterization of AAA is described.
