Corneal dystrophy following lens implantation is a fairly frequent complication. In our material from the last 2 years (293 corneal grafts) we checked the number of cases of these iatrogenic dystrophies which we had treated. The causes of the dystrophy were investigated and the results with respect to the visual acuity after corneal grafting were reviewed. It appears that the most favourable results are obtained if the corneal graft is performed within 9 months of the onset of the dystrophy.
晶状体植入术后的角膜营养不良是一种相当常见的并发症。在我们过去两年的资料中（293例角膜移植），我们核查了所治疗的这些医源性营养不良的病例数。对营养不良的病因进行了调查，并回顾了角膜移植术后的视力结果。结果显示，如果在营养不良发病后9个月内进行角膜移植，可获得最理想的效果。
